Why Do Babies Cry?

I have heard from most people that parents will start to recognize their childs crying. One cry may mean they are hunger...another that they need their diaper changed. But what does the one mean when they are screaming so loud (after eating and diaper change) and with such force that you have no idea what do to next? Will did that last night for a couple of hours. We walked with him, snuggled him (which all temporarily worked). But as soon as we put him down he was screaming again. We finally got him to go to bed and of course he's out like a light this morning. I think he might be a night owl! Like his mom...used to be...

Uh, I never really figured that out. When Luke cried it just meant check something or change something. Okay, sometimes it meant his brother Matthew was coming over the top of the crib.

Sounds like Will is doing a good job of training his parents and yes, I think he probably does remember the pre-birth schedule.

Cute, cute, cute family. Love MOM

Our Will went through that, too. Crying for no apparent reason occassionally. Sometimes babies do that and it's not easy to listen to, especially when nothing you do helps! He did outgrow that, though. Oh, and he had reflux, too, and after we realized that and got him on medication, life became much easier. Don't worry..you guys are doing great and each day gets easier and you become that much wiser :)
