Nursery Part 1

I really didn't expect to get this far today - but Luke was a machine and got the nursery cleaned up and all the furniture put together. Its still not done of course but you'll get an idea of it from these pictures. Still need bedding, a rocker and some wall decor. The pieces on the shelves are temporary. Enjoy!!

Belly Check - February 17, 2008 (Week 23)

Ok - So I bought this dress sometime last year and it was about 2 sizes to big. But it was on sale and I had planned to have it taken it...but of course never did. But I love it and wasn't sure if I would ever get to wear it. Well, since its about to be 2 sizes too small for me I decided this belly check would be the one chance that I got to wear the dress (for 10 minutes). You may not be able to tell - but I can barely breathe in this thing! But at least I got to play dress up today.

Nursery is painted but is a mess right now. I'll post those pictures when it looks like a room again.

January 24, 2008 - We're having a...

This was one of the best nights ever! We had a Dr. appt early that morning. We had the tech seal the gender of the baby in an envelop. That night we went to Michael's - my favorite restaurant - ordered as fast as we could then opened the much anticipated envelop. We were expecting the news to be written on the card but it wasn't. So we're looking around and finally on the picture Luke reads - "It's a Boy!". We just started laughing and giggling from that moment on through dinner. Luke started calling the baby Will after that night. He still does so I guess he's pretty set on that name. But ya'll know me - I change my mind to much so I'm not committing to anything just yet. Haha! Although - I do like William Luke Hammond.

January 8, 2008 Belly Check

You can see that my belly is getting bigger.
I had a growth spurt since then (even though
I'm still pretty early on here).

I'm thinking half of the belly is baby -
the other have is Kraft Macaroni n Cheese.

Hello everyone! Welcome to the Hammond Family (Hammy Fammy) blog. After seeing some friends do some blogging I figured I would join in the trend. I've had people ask me to send them pictures of the sonograms and of the furniture and my "growing" belly. This will be a good way for ya'll to check it out from time to time. Although, I can't promise I'll be update to date with my posts. Been working a lot lately and ya'll know Luke isn't going to update this. Hahaha!

So check back when you can - maybe the next time you visit the blog I'll have done a recent "belly check" picture.
